STARTING LINEUP
The listed ranks and lineup are a starting point. The team builder exposes the effect targets and conditions so you can adapt the composition to your encounter.

Use Ragnahawk’s conversion only while its activation requirements hold, then fire with the corresponding elemental matchup. The four Gobfin slots require a specific stacking audit: check same-species support flags before treating this legacy-shaped roster as four additive bonuses.
Recorded partner effects
These are raw structured values from the acquired v1.0.3 player dataset. Effect names determine the unit and target; no unverified damage-total formula is applied. A false same-species stacking flag means another copy does not add that effect.
Contextual text references and cooldown overrides are shown separately where native v1.0.3 evidence supplies them. They require the activation described in the final column and are not unconditional party totals.

Equipment and ingredient plan
The following options are observed in the source build loadout. Recipe quantities use the acquired catalog’s default recipe when an exact item name matches; they are first-tier ingredient facts, not a price, crafting-time estimate or assertion that every alternative must be equipped together.

Stat point priority
Player allocation order for this composition, adapted from the captured guide. This is strategy guidance rather than a measured point budget; change the order when your survival or carrying needs differ.
| Priority | Player stat | Why it comes here |
|---|
| 1 | Attack | Gobfin support and the converter are chosen to strengthen the trainer’s weapon damage. |
| 2 | Stamina | Allow evasions and safe transitions between mounted and dismounted play. |
| 3 | Health | Keep a reserve for hits taken on an exposed mount or during a remount. |
| 4 | Weight | Carry the selected weapon, ammunition and spare equipment without overloading. |
Recruitment and upgrade sequence
- Recruitment targets: Ragnahawk, Gobfin, Gobfin, Gobfin, Gobfin. Open the linked Pal records for the available acquisition and breeding paths.
- Craft only the Pal Gear needed by the effects you intend to activate, then confirm the effect at the rank you currently own.
- Budget the listed loadout ingredients and upgrade one role at a time; compare the rank 1 and rank 5 records rather than quoting the fully upgraded number on an uncondensed Pal.
Evidence boundary
The factual tables preserve the stated source snapshot. Source-specific recommendations and mechanics have not been independently reproduced in the current game. Exact gameplay rule gaps remain in the coverage notes rather than being filled with invented quantities.
EXECUTE THE COMPOSITION
How to play it
Select the conversion for the matchup
Choose Ragnahawk for Fire or Frostallion for Ice before combat. Avoid forcing the default Fire roster against a resistant target when the alternative mounted element suits the enemy.
Mount before the first volley
With Ragnahawk, ride before dealing damage to enable both Fire conversion and the 5–20% player Attack increase. An opening volley on foot does not receive either mounted contribution.
Establish a sustained rifle rhythm
Use an Assault Rifle or Heavy Assault Rifle to settle position and weak-point aim. Correct recoil with sustained bursts before committing to the shorter distance needed to land a shotgun spread.
Use the shotgun during a stable opening
Close after a stagger, Freeze or lengthy boss animation, then fire while the pellet spread can connect. Remain with the rifle when approaching would turn the damage window into repeated misses.
Keep conversion through the reload
Reload from the saddle and use terrain or height to break enemy sight lines. Dismount when the mount is endangered rather than making dismounting the default way to evade during every reload.
Remount after escaping danger
Dismount to survive when necessary, then ride again before resuming damage. Ragnahawk supplies neither Fire conversion nor its Attack bonus to the shots taken while the player is on foot.
MATCH EACH SLOT TO ITS JOB
Loadout choices and preparation
Keep the mounted conversion requirement intact and choose a firearm for the target’s range and shape. Weapon rarity and supply affect the trainer damage that the party amplifies.
Mounted weapon coreRagnahawk Saddle
Craft Ragnahawk Saddle for Flame Wing’s mounted conversion and Attack condition. Remain mounted while relying on those player effects; carrying Ragnahawk in reserve is insufficient. Unlock: technology level 33.
Ragnahawk Saddle →
Mounted weapon coreAssault Rifle
Use Assault Rifle as the technology-45 sustained-fire bridge. It supplies accessible bullet uptime before the optimized endgame weapon line is available. Unlock: technology level 45.
Assault Rifle →
Mounted weapon coreHeavy Assault Rifle
Choose Heavy Assault Rifle at technology 70 when sustained weak-point fire is practical. The party scales trainer damage, so weapon investment still matters. Unlock: technology level 70.
Heavy Assault Rifle →
Mounted weapon corePrototype Shotgun
Use Prototype Shotgun on large or stationary targets at close range. Pump-Action Shotgun at technology 43 is the earlier option before the technology-69 upgrade. Unlock: technology level 69.
Prototype Shotgun →
Accessories and survivalDogen Emblem
Use Dogen Emblem primarily for its player Attack contribution to mounted shots. Its active-Pal benefit is separate and does not duplicate the trainer bonus.
Dogen Emblem →
Accessories and survivalAttack Pendant
Use Attack Pendant as the player-only fallback when the Dogen Emblem schematic is unavailable.
Attack Pendant →
Accessories and survivalWarsect Terra's Belt
Swap an offensive accessory to Warsect Terra’s Belt when incoming pressure interrupts the mounted shooting plan. Its player Health and Defense may buy more usable firing time.

PREPARE THE EXACT RECORD
Equipment and supplies
Open the named tier for its ingredients, unlocks and recorded acquisition methods. Resource planning uses its game ID. Generic choices such as “your strongest shield” in the loadout remain choices rather than a fabricated exact item.
Passive records and availability
Check the exact passive’s effect and eligibility before moving it to a carry. An availability label does not guarantee a particular catch, implant or mutation result.
Passive selection and acquisition
These are the captured guide’s build choices and suggested acquisition routes. Use the linked fixed-baseline passive record for its actual effects and eligibility; a proposed route is not a guaranteed roll.
Use on the converter and sharks for the trainer damage lane; duplicate species do not by themselves disable this passive plan.
The guide points to a bounty officer: unlock the implant with bounty tokens, then use gold to apply it to the intended carriers.
Protect the trainer during mounted firing and emergency dismounts.
The captured route normally uses the bounty-officer implant unlock, followed by gold applications to the selected carriers.
Prioritize the four support sharks so firearm handling does not consume a mount-specific slot.
This capture proposes natural rolls or implants on the support sharks. It differs from the arena-shop route named elsewhere, so verify availability before farming.
Use on the support sharks for lower player stamina use during travel and evasions.
The capture proposes ordinary catches or breeding, with an implant as another route when available.
Reserve for the rideable converter when longer mounted windows are useful; it is not a Gobfin support effect.
Breed or implant it onto the final rideable converter; selecting a non-rideable shark does not satisfy its equipment role.
Use on the converter when quicker repositioning helps preserve mounted firing.
Use the source's ordinary breeding or implant route on the final converter.
UNDERSTAND THE TRADE
What this build turns down
Claiming duplicate Gobfins stopped stacking in 1.0
The captured Angry Shark rows explicitly allow duplicate-species stacking. Multiple Gobfins are an intentional condition of this trainer-focused shell.
Putting Solenne beside four duplicate Gobfins
Repeated Gobfins break Solenne's distinct-species requirement. Solenne belongs in a different composition rather than being counted as another active bonus here.
Using the old 100% mounted-conversion number
The captured mounted-conversion values replace older claims of a 100% bonus. Use the recorded rank context instead of carrying an obsolete figure into the plan.
Treating Fire as the universal element
The Gobfin support is usable with different converters. Select the converter for the target's elemental matchup rather than assuming Fire suits every encounter.
Alternates and flex picks
Use the alternate shark when its recruitment route or Fire typing is more convenient; the capture gives it the same duplicate-compatible trainer Attack role.
Acquisition route →Replace the default converter for mounted Ice conversion and Freeze when the target favors that package.
Acquisition route →Replace one Gobfin when shield survival limits completed attempts, exchanging one trainer Attack contribution for shield support.
Acquisition route →BUILD IT IN A USEFUL ORDER
Acquisition and upgrade plan
A usable mounted version starts in the middle of progression. The later investment is four separate Gobfin ranks, party passives and improved weapon tiers.
Catch four Gobfin copies
Use the dense Gobfin-area recruitment routes, whose captured wild range is levels 14–26. Four separate catches establish the support shell quickly; breeding for passives can follow after the mounted weapon setup is usable.
Gobfin guide →
Recruit the conversion mount
Obtain Ragnahawk from its linked wild or breeding routes; captured wild encounters begin around level 32. Select the mount and the element you intend to exploit before investing in four optimized Gobfin support copies.
Ragnahawk guide →
Craft the actual mounting requirement
Ragnahawk Saddle unlocks at technology 33. Craft it before expecting the mounted Fire conversion and Attack effect; the mount sitting in the party does not satisfy an effect that explicitly requires riding.
Ragnahawk Saddle →
Upgrade all four Gobfins independently
Each Gobfin's recorded trainer-Attack contribution rises from 10% to 20%. Under the source's additive same-species model, four rank-1 copies supply 40% and four rank-5 copies 80%; one upgraded copy does not upgrade the other three.
Apply the trainer passives to each intended carrier
The source recommends Vanguard and Stronghold Strategist throughout the five-slot party. Keep their passive contributions separate from the Gobfin partner values, and check each carrier rather than assuming an unlocked implant is already installed on every Pal.
Use interim firearms before endgame replacements
The guide starts with the technology-45 Assault Rifle or technology-43 Pump-Action Shotgun. Heavy Assault Rifle at 70 and Prototype Shotgun at 69 are later alternatives; test the mounted conversion and party conditions before spending on final weapon rarity.
