STARTING LINEUP
The listed ranks and lineup are a starting point. The team builder exposes the effect targets and conditions so you can adapt the composition to your encounter.

Prepare Poison so Prixter and Bakemi have a valid target, then commit Knocklem’s active damage window. Keep Dumud and Lapure only where their Ground or cooldown conditions are relevant, and retreat while the main window recovers.
Recorded partner effects
These are raw structured values from the acquired v1.0.3 player dataset. Effect names determine the unit and target; no unverified damage-total formula is applied. A false same-species stacking flag means another copy does not add that effect.
Contextual text references and cooldown overrides are shown separately where native v1.0.3 evidence supplies them. They require the activation described in the final column and are not unconditional party totals.

Equipment and ingredient plan
The following options are observed in the source build loadout. Recipe quantities use the acquired catalog’s default recipe when an exact item name matches; they are first-tier ingredient facts, not a price, crafting-time estimate or assertion that every alternative must be equipped together.

Stat point priority
Player allocation order for this composition, adapted from the captured guide. This is strategy guidance rather than a measured point budget; change the order when your survival or carrying needs differ.
| Priority | Player stat | Why it comes here |
|---|
| 1 | Health | Maintain the support loop instead of losing it when the player is downed. |
| 2 | Attack | Improve your hits while Prixter’s Poison condition and Bakemi’s triggered debuff are relevant. |
| 3 | Stamina | Support evasions and safe positioning around Knocklem’s attack windows. |
| 4 | Weight and work speed | Pack the encounter supplies first and favor combat survival. |
Recruitment and upgrade sequence
- Recruitment targets: Knocklem, Prixter, Bakemi, Dumud, Lapure. Open the linked Pal records for the available acquisition and breeding paths.
- Craft only the Pal Gear needed by the effects you intend to activate, then confirm the effect at the rank you currently own.
- Budget the listed loadout ingredients and upgrade one role at a time; compare the rank 1 and rank 5 records rather than quoting the fully upgraded number on an uncondensed Pal.
Evidence boundary
The factual tables preserve the stated source snapshot. Source-specific recommendations and mechanics have not been independently reproduced in the current game. Exact gameplay rule gaps remain in the coverage notes rather than being filled with invented quantities.
EXECUTE THE COMPOSITION
How to play it
Equip a real Poison source
Keep Prixter’s naturally learned level-1 Poison Blast available, or teach its Dark skill-fruit version to Knocklem so the tank can apply it without leaving combat. The guide’s roster has no passive Poison application.
Poison before activating the carry
Apply Poison, then trigger Steel Guardian Mode. Prixter’s source-listed 65% damage payoff and Bakemi’s Attack reduction require the status before the tank’s main damage window begins.
Refresh the activated buff in place
Lapure’s rank-5 reduction is 50%, so the source’s multiplicative model gives a 25-second Steel Guardian cooldown against its 40-second effect. Full condensation gives more margin, but is not the only modeled uptime threshold: rank 3 gives 40 seconds, rank 4 gives 35, and an unmodified cooldown is 50. These are parameter calculations rather than measured activation or stacking behavior.
Use player hits to maintain mitigation
Continue shooting the Poisoned enemy yourself. Bakemi’s 40–80% Attack reduction requires the player’s hits rather than Knocklem’s damage; watching the tank without attacking loses that conditional mitigation.
Renew the seventeen-second Poison
Reapply around the status duration to retain the payoffs. The guide reports roughly 8% of boss maximum health across 17 seconds and blocked passive regeneration; it describes Poison as able to coexist with other statuses.
Limit swaps to necessary reapplication
If Prixter carries the only Poison skill, deploy it only when Poison needs restoring, then return to Knocklem. That field swap costs carry-buff uptime even though party-slot payoffs remain, which is the practical reason to teach Knocklem the skill.
ACTIVATION MATTERS
Contextual partner rank evidence
An empty generic effect array does not erase separately recorded activation parameters. The values below come from pinned native v1.0.3 evidence. They are excluded from automatic passive totals.

MATCH EACH SLOT TO ITS JOB
Loadout choices and preparation
Equip Poison application separately from the Ground damage slots. Most offensive accessories serve Knocklem; trainer equipment supports the player’s supplementary damage and status-hit role.
Skills for KnocklemDark Skill Fruit: Poison Blast
Teach Poison Blast through the linked fruit route so the active Knocklem can apply Poison without a status-specialist swap. Its 30 power is secondary to enabling the conditional supports.
Dark Skill Fruit: Poison Blast →
Skills for KnocklemDark Skill Fruit: Poison Shower
Choose the Poison Shower fruit route for a 160-power area application against groups. It is an alternative to a clean single-target Poison opener.
Dark Skill Fruit: Poison Shower →
Skills for KnocklemRocky Impact
Keep Knocklem’s level-70 Rocky Impact as the native Ground damage anchor at 600 catalog power.
Skills for KnocklemSand Twister
Use native level-50 Sand Twister for the shorter-cycle Ground slot at 500 catalog power, filling gaps between Rocky Impact opportunities.
Accessories for the palEarth Emperor's Baton
Use Earth Emperor’s Baton when the fielded Ground Pal supplies the damage. The captured model assigns 16% Pal Attack and 20% Ground damage, rather than giving those values to converted trainer shots.
Earth Emperor's Baton →
Accessories for the palAnubis's Talisman
Pair Anubis’s Talisman with a Ground carry for Pal Defense and the source-listed 20% Ground-damage increase. This is an active-Pal equipment role, separate from player Attack.
Anubis's Talisman →
Accessories for the palGround Support Whistle
Use the Ground Support Whistle as the cheaper Ground-damage choice for the active Pal. Its source-listed 18% is an item modifier, separate from party and activated partner conditions.
Ground Support Whistle →
Accessories for the palDogen Emblem
Use the Dogen Emblem when both trainer shots and the fielded Pal contribute. The source assigns 20% player Attack and a separate 16% active-Pal Attack; it does not give the player both bonuses.
Dogen Emblem →
WeaponsPlasma Rifle
Use Plasma Rifle for steady player hits while Knocklem fights. Those landed attacks support Bakemi’s attack-reduction trigger and the player’s Poison-conditioned damage route. Unlock: technology level 78.
Plasma Rifle →
WeaponsHeavy Assault Rifle
Use Heavy Assault Rifle as the economical fallback when the Pal supplies most of the damage. Prioritize a reliable ammunition stock over an expensive weapon upgrade you cannot feed. Unlock: technology level 70.
Heavy Assault Rifle →
WeaponsCorrosive Mist Mask
Carry Corrosive Mist Mask for World Tree gas areas only when the party lacks Dandilord’s stated corrosive-mist protection. This is travel utility, not a universal boss accessory. Unlock: technology level 76.

FoodMozzarina Cheeseburger
Eat Mozzarina Cheeseburger before engaging for the source-listed 20% Attack food buff. Choose between Attack and Defense food for the same recipient; the plan does not add the two together.

FoodMammorest Curry
Use Mammorest Curry when its cost is acceptable for the source-listed 25% Attack buff. It replaces the cheaper Attack meal rather than stacking with it.

PREPARE THE EXACT RECORD
Equipment and supplies
Open the named tier for its ingredients, unlocks and recorded acquisition methods. Resource planning uses its game ID. Generic choices such as “your strongest shield” in the loadout remain choices rather than a fabricated exact item.
Passive records and availability
Check the exact passive’s effect and eligibility before moving it to a carry. An availability label does not guarantee a particular catch, implant or mutation result.
Passive selection and acquisition
These are the captured guide’s build choices and suggested acquisition routes. Use the linked fixed-baseline passive record for its actual effects and eligibility; a proposed route is not a guaranteed roll.
Prioritize Knocklem's Ground attack bar rather than counting the passive as trainer damage.
The captures disagree about ordinary wild availability. For this proposal, use an existing carrier through breeding or the stated implant route instead of assuming a wild roll.
Use to replace weaker control resistance when the active tank cannot finish its attack animations.
The capture proposes a standard-pool carrier or its implant; finish the chosen field Pal with the effect rather than preparing reserve combat stats.
Improve the trainer hits still required for the conditional mitigation loop.
The guide points to a bounty officer: unlock the implant with bounty tokens, then use gold to apply it to the intended carriers.
Add after the main carry preparation when the player's remaining incoming damage is the limiting factor.
The captured route normally uses the bounty-officer implant unlock, followed by gold applications to the selected carriers.
Give the fielded Knocklem a balanced combat package when the implant route is available.
This capture specifically proposes the ancient-relic implant on Knocklem.
UNDERSTAND THE TRADE
What this build turns down
Two Knocklems to chain Steel Guardian Mode
A second Knocklem spends a support slot to cover an activation gap that Lapure is intended to reduce. Compare pinned cooldown and duration rows before choosing between the duplicate and support roles.
Dropping Bakemi because the attack cut sounds situational
Bakemi is the mitigation payoff for maintaining Poison and player hits. Dropping it removes a major defensive purpose of the composition even though the Pal is not the primary attacker.
Swapping Dumud for a trainer-damage pal
Dumud supports the Ground damage lane; a trainer supporter shifts the role toward player damage with a tank. Choose that different allocation deliberately rather than treating the recipients as interchangeable.
Adding a second status on top of Poison
Poison can accompany another status in the captured model, but multiple non-Poison statuses replace one another. An additional applier also consumes a slot already serving the existing loop.
Alternates and flex picks
Exchange Dumud's offensive Ground role for defensive Ground support when the active carry is still falling.
Acquisition route →Apply Poison through the trainer's activated hits and gain the captured immunity package, allowing a different skill assignment on Prixter.
Acquisition route →Use Poison Fog for status application while also supplying the Blind role; keep the interaction with other non-Poison statuses visible.
Acquisition route →Shift more output to the trainer if the distinct-species condition holds and Knocklem is mainly holding enemy attention.
Acquisition route →BUILD IT IN A USEFUL ORDER
Acquisition and upgrade plan
Recruit the five roles, then prioritize Lapure's cooldown support. The source's rank-5 recommendation is useful, but its claim that every lower rank leaves a gap conflicts with its own numbers.
Recruit the five required roles
Use the linked acquisition pages for Knocklem, Lapure, Prixter, Bakemi and Dumud. Check specific breeding combinations for a missing member before allocating the final passive and rank resources.
Rank Lapure with the actual cooldown model visible
Prioritize Lapure for the cooldown plan. Its fixed reductions are 10%, 15%, 20%, 30% and 50%; applying them multiplicatively to Knocklem's 50-second cooldown gives 45, 42.5, 40, 35 and 25 seconds against a 40-second effect. Rank 5 offers the largest margin, but rank 4 also falls below 40 in that model; runtime application is not measured here.
Upgrade the other support values next
The guide uses rank-5 Prixter 65%, Bakemi 80% and Dumud 30%. Check Poison presence and each effect's recipient before treating those headline values as available; the party's protection and damage are separate conditions.
Equip a real Poison source
Prixter naturally learns Poison Blast at level 1. If Knocklem is to carry the move instead, obtain its matching Dark Skill Fruit and check compatibility. A Poison-dependent damage support does not apply the status merely by occupying a party slot.
Dark Skill Fruit: Poison Blast →
Acquire Earth Emperor through a valid route
The fixed catalog lists Earth Emperor on Anubis and disables generic wild-roll eligibility. Use known-carrier inheritance or an identified implant route for Knocklem; the source's suggestion to catch arbitrary Ground Pals until it rolls is not supported by that eligibility record.
Check the Ground accessory routes
Prepare Earth Emperor's Baton and Anubis's Talisman as the guide's carry options. Their linked item guides list schematic and Ancient Shrine routes; confirm the actual reward before committing crafting materials rather than treating the source's guarantee as current-game certification.
