An encounter is not an ownership route

The captured reference separates Astralym’s catalog row from its Zenara tower-boss encounters. Its normal-play acquisition review found no wild capture, vendor, reward, usable egg pool or breeding path for a first owned copy. A named Huge Ominous Egg asset is insufficient evidence when no acquisition and hatch outcome connect to it. This conclusion is bounded to that snapshot; modified saves are a different state.

Prepare for the boss you can fight

  • Follow the normal World Tree story before attempting the Hard Mode rematch. The reference identifies a five-minute limit and a Zenara Hat reward for Hard Mode.
  • Bring sustained player damage, repair supplies and several developed Pals. The captured boss rows do not declare an element, so a guessed weakness is a poor basis for the team.
  • During the central charge, target exposed wing or leg orbs. Use invulnerable intervals to reload, heal and reposition, then spend burst damage when vulnerability returns.
  • Treat the mechanics sequence as a reference strategy until reproduced on the current game build.

Choose a project that ends in an owned Pal

Xenolord and Blazamut Ryu offer raid acquisition projects, Jetragon is a field-capture goal, and Shaolong is an obtainable World Tree alternative. Keep experimental Astralym injection on a separate backed-up save and identify it as modified; it does not demonstrate a supported catch or breeding route.
