Follow the acquisition chain all the way to the egg
The standard route in the reference is four matching slab fragments → one standard slab → a level-55 raid clear → the reward Huge Dragon Egg → incubation. The summoned boss is not a Sphere target. Once you own compatible Ryu parents, the same-species breeding route can make additional copies; ordinary Blazamut is not a substitute.
Farm the correct summon source
The source lists seven expedition, eleven camp-goal and four treasure-pool fragment channels. Desert Hard and Sakurajima Hard are reported as guaranteed 1–2-fragment rewards. Cherry Blossom Cave uses a separate loot system that can award a complete slab; that is not a fragment drop. The exact source totals and 25.25% complete-slab claim remain reference observations, rather than independently tested rates.
Build two armies and a recoverable battlefield
- Use the dedicated raid area, or a disposable flat base with the Palbox protected behind the combat bowl.
- Stage Water attackers such as Jormuntide, Suzaku Aqua and Azurobe for the opening form.
- Keep a healthy Ground reserve such as Anubis and Knocklem for the Electric resurrection.
- Practice the Palbox swap before consuming a slab. Maintain player weapon damage, ammunition and healing through both phases.
- Bank a spare summon for learning; a failed attempt still consumes the slab.
React to the phase change and claim ownership
Recall the Water wave as the resurrection begins and replace it with Ground attackers. Do not wait for the opening roster to be defeated by the new element. After victory, collect and hatch the raid-specific egg. The reference Ultra encounter is level 80 with a much harsher reward/trophy objective; complete the standard ownership project first.
