Use the pickup party at the relevant moment
The reference pickup method uses Broncherry, Broncherry Aqua and Grintale in the party when collecting a breeding egg, with their Pal Gear unlocked. It concerns egg pickup; merely owning the three Pals is insufficient. Keep an ordinary specimen until the method is confirmed on your own build.
Separate Alpha probability from extra eggs
The two Broncherry effects contribute reported base values totaling 80%, rising to 45% + 55% at maximum partner rank in the reference additive model. Only that max-rank model reaches 100%; base-rank pickups are not guaranteed. Grintale’s reported 50% extra-egg roll is a different effect and should not be added to Alpha chance.
Prepare gear and a controlled batch
- Check each saddle’s item page and unlock before gathering eggs. The source gives Grintale level 19, Broncherry level 33 and a separate Broncherry Aqua unlock.
- Use the same breeding pair, cake and egg count for control and pickup-party batches.
- Record Alpha eggs and extra eggs separately, including partner ranks and active game build.
- Condense only after confirming the effect. Keep healthy parents and lock the keepers before any disassembly experiment.
Choose what to do with the result
Alpha size, HP, sale value and species-specific partner behavior are separate questions. The source also reports Alpha drop-table rolls from hatched Pals, but schematic availability depends on the species and is not a universal reward. Use the Alpha-versus-normal combat comparison before replacing a compact fighter.
