Start with the fighter’s actual job

The reference offensive set is Ferocious, Musclehead, Demon God and Serenity: reported attack contributions 20%, 30%, 30% and 10%, respectively, with Musclehead costing 50% Work Speed and Serenity also reducing active cooldown. The 90% sum is an additive attack model, not measured double damage against every target. Several descriptions are absent from the captured skill list, so these values remain attributed reference facts.

Acquire traits before trying to copy a perfect Pal

  • Catch or breed parents carrying the desired traits; keep the combined parent pool clean of avoidable negatives.
  • Use Yakumo carrying the desired traits for eligible wild-capture copying. The reference rank chances are 15/18/21/24/30%, so even maximum rank is not a guarantee per capture.
  • Use an available Surgery selection with its own fee and required implant. The official table has different Gold-only, retained-key and disposable routes; 50,000 Gold is not a universal transfer fee. The reference separately lists seven Bounty Tokens for a Pal Reverser.
  • Rainbow mutation is a separate eligible pool. A reported 1% mutation chance or 3% special-cake chance is not the chance of the particular rainbow trait you want.

Make the final breeding pool deliberate

The reference inheritance model gives 60%, 30% and 10% for preserving two, three and four selected passives, with a qualifying Special Cake route guaranteeing the intended four-parent-pool outcome. The guarantee depends on the pool and recipe conditions, not any random four-trait parents. Use the mutation planner to inspect the assumptions and keep the first successful child before further breeding.

Spend only where the build uses it

A combat-only Pal can tolerate a work penalty; an Anubis shared with the workshop may not. Compare actual skill cooldowns and damage uptime, not only the displayed attack total. Keep parents, copies for condensation and surgery donors in separate named groups.
