Buy a control tool, not a flight-distance claim
The reference technique uses a midair dash to cancel or redirect a glide. One charge is enough to learn jump → glide → aim the new direction → dash → redeploy the glider. Practice over a survivable drop before relying on a reported fall reset or momentum brake.
Choose the tier by the extra correction you need
| Boots | Snapshot unlock | Materials |
|---|---|---|
| Air Dash | Level 35;2 Ancient points | 30 Refined Ingot;50 Paldium Fragment;20 Nightstar Sand |
| Double | Level 61;5 Ancient points | 30 Plasteel;100 Paldium Fragment;30 Nightstar Sand;30 Dark Fragment |
| Triple | Level 65;6 Ancient points | 30 Coralum Ingot;150 Paldium Fragment;40 Nightstar Sand;50 Dark Fragment |
Four practical exercises
- Change glide heading without landing, then reopen the glider on the new line.
- Use a sideways correction after a grapple launch to reduce an overshoot.
- Test the reported fall-state reset on low ground, with a recovery charge available.
- Practice a short boss-side dodge without spending the last charge needed to escape.
Upgrade only after identifying the missing charge
Double and Triple add available corrections in the reference model; they are not evidence that each dash travels farther. A mostly grounded builder may need none, a grapple traveler may value tier 1, and an aerial fighter may use a reserve second charge. Verify technology prerequisites and live controls before spending rare materials.
