STARTING LINEUP
The listed ranks and lineup are a starting point. The team builder exposes the effect targets and conditions so you can adapt the composition to your encounter.
Open this team in the builder ↗Party, role and execution
Choose the desired fishing pool before taking the support party. Check Solmora Lux, Jelliette, Gloopie, Whalaska Ignis and Lunaris against the exact success, yield or inventory objective; avoid turning a reward-support value into a guaranteed catch rate.
Recorded partner effects
These are raw structured values from the acquired v1.0.3 player dataset. Effect names determine the unit and target; no unverified damage-total formula is applied. A false same-species stacking flag means another copy does not add that effect.
Contextual text references and cooldown overrides are shown separately where native v1.0.3 evidence supplies them. They require the activation described in the final column and are not unconditional party totals.

Equipment and ingredient plan
The following options are observed in the source build loadout. Recipe quantities use the acquired catalog’s default recipe when an exact item name matches; they are first-tier ingredient facts, not a price, crafting-time estimate or assertion that every alternative must be equipped together.
| Item | Source slot | Shown tech level | Default recipe ingredients |
|---|
| Ring of Freight | Weight relief | No technology level shown | 25 Ingot, 20 Leather, 20 Horn, 3 Ancient Civilization Parts |
Stat point priority
Player allocation order for this composition, adapted from the captured guide. This is strategy guidance rather than a measured point budget; change the order when your survival or carrying needs differ.
| Priority | Player stat | Why it comes here |
|---|
| 1 | Weight | Plan space for repeated catches and the additional yield supplied by the fishing party. |
| 2 | Stamina | Support travel between water locations and the fishing activity. |
| 3 | Health | Allow for enemies and terrain around the fishing spots. |
| 4 | Attack | Personal damage is mainly a travel concern for this fishing loadout. |
Recruitment and upgrade sequence
- Recruitment targets: Solmora Lux, Jelliette, Gloopie, Whalaska Ignis, Lunaris. Open the linked Pal records for the available acquisition and breeding paths.
- Craft only the Pal Gear needed by the effects you intend to activate, then confirm the effect at the rank you currently own.
- Budget the listed loadout ingredients and upgrade one role at a time; compare the rank 1 and rank 5 records rather than quoting the fully upgraded number on an uncondensed Pal.
Evidence boundary
The factual tables preserve the stated source snapshot. Source-specific recommendations and mechanics have not been independently reproduced in the current game. Exact gameplay rule gaps remain in the coverage notes rather than being filled with invented quantities.
EXECUTE THE COMPOSITION
How to play it
Use the stronger listed variants
Choose Solmora Lux’s 74–82 curve over Solmora’s 70–80, and Whalaska Ignis’s 7–17% over Whalaska’s 5–14%. The acquired guide lists both variants above the base forms at every rank.
Begin with the gauge head start
Keep Whalaska Ignis in the party when starting the minigame. At rank 5 its initial effect supplies a source-listed 17% capture gauge before player overlap contributes progress.
Keep the bars together
Maintain bar overlap to receive Whalaska Ignis’s additional capture-progress contribution. Its starting gauge bonus is separate from the benefit earned while the two bars remain aligned.
Recover overlap during slower drain
When the bars separate, use Gloopie’s source-listed 12–35% reduction to gauge loss as time to correct position. This support slows a failure condition rather than creating overlap progress by itself.
Leave room for extra rewards
Jelliette’s listed 55–95% fishing reward increase applies to item and Pal catches. Plan carrying capacity before a long session so the extra rewards do not immediately force a return.
Keep supports in party slots
The source describes these fishing benefits as party effects, so the five supports do not need deployment for the minigame. Leave an active mount out if convenient without rotating every support onto the field.
MATCH EACH SLOT TO ITS JOB
Loadout choices and preparation
Prepare separately for the fishing minigame, selecting the target catch and moving the resulting haul. A better rod does not substitute for suitable bait or carrying capacity.
Fishing equipmentFishing rod tier
Craft the best fishing rod available for the intended spot’s access requirement. The four party fishing effects do not depend on a particular rod, so upgrade the rod for accessible spots rather than assuming it multiplies those bonuses.
Fishing equipmentTargeted bait
Choose bait for the target species or catch pool. Solmora Lux affects the talent roll of a caught Pal; it does not replace bait’s role in selecting what is hooked.
Fishing equipmentSphere supply
Carry Pal Spheres when targeting Pals through fishing. Landing a Pal still leaves a capture task, so do not arrive with only rod and bait supplies.
Fishing equipmentRing of Freight
Use Ring of Freight alongside Lunaris’s separate carrying-capacity support. Jelliette’s greater catch yield fills inventory weight faster, making this an endurance choice for the whole trip.
Ring of Freight →
TravelWater travel mount
Ride Solmora Lux or Whalaska Ignis between water spots. The source assigns both a rank-5 25% swim-speed benefit, separate from their fishing bonuses.
TravelEquipped glider
Bring a glider for fishing spots beneath coastal cliffs. Plan the descent and return route rather than taking a long inland detour after each catch.
PREPARE THE EXACT RECORD
Equipment and supplies
Open the named tier for its ingredients, unlocks and recorded acquisition methods. Resource planning uses its game ID. Generic choices such as “your strongest shield” in the loadout remain choices rather than a fabricated exact item.
Passive records and availability
Check the exact passive’s effect and eligibility before moving it to a carry. An availability label does not guarantee a particular catch, implant or mutation result.
Passive selection and acquisition
These are the captured guide’s build choices and suggested acquisition routes. Use the linked fixed-baseline passive record for its actual effects and eligibility; a proposed route is not a guaranteed roll.
Choose for survival while traveling through hostile fishing locations; it does not change a fishing gauge.
The proposed routes are mutation breeding or an implant obtained through ancient-relic recycling; ordinary wild rolls are not the stated route.
Support stamina-dependent travel around the fishing route; the capture does not establish a direct minigame parameter bonus.
The capture proposes ordinary catches or breeding, with an implant as another route when available.
Use for enemies between fishing locations rather than claiming a benefit within the minigame.
The guide points to a bounty officer: unlock the implant with bounty tokens, then use gold to apply it to the intended carriers.
UNDERSTAND THE TRADE
What this build turns down
Running the base Solmora and Whalaska
The capture gives the Lux and Ignis variants stronger individual fishing parameters. An already-condensed base form is an accessible fallback, rather than evidence that it exceeds the variant.
Running both forms of the same pal to stack
Separate species do not establish a usable combined fishing formula. The gauge and talent parameters remain insufficiently resolved to publish an additive result.
Filling the fifth slot with another fishing effect
The captured fishing-support pool is already represented by the four core slots and their variants. General carrying capacity is proposed for the spare slot instead of inventing another fishing effect.
Investing passives into fishing
The captured passive catalog does not supply a direct minigame upgrade. These passive choices support travel and survival around fishing rather than promising improved fishing parameters.
Alternates and flex picks
Use an already-prepared base form if obtaining the Lux alternative is not yet worthwhile; the captured individual gauge parameter is lower.
Acquisition route →Use an already-prepared base form as a fallback to the Ignis alternative, whose captured individual parameter is higher.
Acquisition route →Choose sphere preservation when catching the Pals encountered during the fishing route is part of the task.
Acquisition route →Replace general capacity with Ore-specific weight support only when the trip includes a substantial Ore haul.
Acquisition route →BUILD IT IN A USEFUL ORDER
Acquisition and upgrade plan
Prepare the two improved variants and the other three supports, then invest in the gauge-loss and reward roles before expanding travel and carrying capacity.
Obtain the two variant forms
The source chooses Solmora Lux and Whalaska Ignis over the base forms for their recorded fishing parameters. Check their actual breeding pairs or recruitment routes; an owned base form does not automatically produce the desired variant.
Recruit the other three supports
Use the linked acquisition pages for Jelliette, Gloopie and Lunaris. Build the actual five-slot party before evaluating the minigame support, and keep the exact effect scope separate from mounted travel behavior.
Prioritize Gloopie and Jelliette ranks
The source compares Gloopie's gauge-loss reduction from 12% to 35% and Jelliette's reward increase from 55% to 95%. It prioritizes these larger relative improvements before the smaller curves on the other fishing supports; they do not change species selection or guarantee a catch.
Complete the remaining support targets
At rank 5, Whalaska Ignis records 17 for each gauge effect and 25% swim speed, Solmora Lux records 82 for its talented-Pal parameter, and Lunaris provides 600 capacity. The value 82 is a recorded parameter, not an established 82% probability.
Upgrade the rod for the intended spots
Craft the strongest appropriate rod you can support and check the fishing spot's requirements. The source treats rod tier as an access and durability decision; it does not replace the distinct party effects on gauge behavior, talent or yield.
Solve the larger reward load before departure
The guide pairs Lunaris's rank-5 600 capacity with Ring of Freight because Jelliette increases the hauled rewards. Leave room for that extra load before planning a long session rather than gaining more items only to return early.
