Choose the item before farming maps
Use its item page to distinguish a finished drop, a schematic and a crafting unlock. A legendary treasure map selects a reward pool; it does not guarantee the particular armor piece or weapon you want.
Combine map sources during normal travel
- The reference recommends high-level sky-island and offshore enemy bases, then Sakurajima camps between resets.
- Its advertised 100% map-drop claim did not match every observed clear. Do not budget a guaranteed map per base.
- Check the live base and camp state instead of assuming an old one-day reset remains exact.
- Bank duplicate schematics for any live drafting-table conversion route, then inspect the output and costs before committing valuable copies.
Treat save rerolling as a separate, unverified experiment
The cited creator uses two recent saves around a treasure dig to reroll a reward. This expansion has not reproduced the method, its save-selection behavior or its current-patch reliability. Use normal repeated clears as the dependable planning route. Never describe a copied-save technique as a guaranteed reward system, and do not experiment on the only copy of an important world.
Finish the craft, not only the schematic
Check the correct bench, unlock prerequisites and complete nested bill in the resource planner. Reserve materials for one permanent loadout first. A rare blueprint that your base cannot sustain is less useful than a finished lower-tier weapon with ammunition.
