Recovery steps
- Move the incapacitated Pal into a Palbox storage slot.
- Allow 600 elapsed game-world seconds for the vanilla dead-Pal timer; paused world time and scheduling differ from a guaranteed real-time countdown.
- After it revives at 1 HP, let HP recover before returning it to danger.
This is elapsed game-world time, followed by further HP recovery; it is separate from the 3600-second illness check.
Keep the treatments distinct
The 3600-second sickness check is a separate periodic recovery chance. It is not the incapacitation timer. A Revival Potion has a separate guarded 1 HP route; ordinary Palbox recovery is available without relying on that item.
Check the status again after applying the treatment. If it does not change, confirm the exact condition, the item used and the game build before using more supplies.
Recovery rules in 1.0.3.101283
Place an ordinary incapacitated Pal in Palbox storage. The vanilla revival threshold is 600 elapsed game-world seconds (10 minutes), then it returns at 1 HP and still needs health recovery.
The native storage timer uses 10 × 60 seconds and revives to 1 HP. A Revival Potion has a separate guarded 1 HP route. Its additional eligibility flags do not change this ordinary Palbox recovery workflow.

Prevent a repeat
Plan an escape and recovery route before another encounter, and restore health after revival.
- Observe a full trip from the job to food, rest and storage.
- Check the current worker assignment and whether recovery opportunities match the workload.
- Confirm the Pal is healthy before returning it to the same risk.
Source and verification
The workflow is attributed to the public Incapacitated reference guide. Palworld Run independently wrote these instructions. The original-server rules above supply application, threshold and timing evidence separately from the earlier descriptions. They are static evidence for the stated build; see the data version and verification notes.
