Choose the task and finish the next step

Choose one main job for the base before adding facilities. A production campus needs a dependable chain from ingredients to storage; a resource outpost needs access and an operating extractor; a raid-ready home needs a layout and party that can survive successive waves. The same worker upgrade can affect production and the level of incoming enemies.

The behavioral changes here come from Pocketpair’s dated 1.0 release and1.0.4 fixes. Construction bills are the separate v1.0.3 recipe snapshot. Unknown native raid scaling and current-game parity are not filled in with source opinion.

What the official announcement confirms

  • Version 1.0 introduced Sunreach and the World Tree, with a revised main-mission route.
  • The official release lists 47 new species and 25 variants, and raises the player level cap from 65 to 80.
  • Awakening uses Radiant Gems; Mutation is a chance breeding outcome with stat changes and a special passive.
  • Partner skills were reworked for more than 200 Pals. Many same-species effects no longer stack; individual conditions still need checking.

Apply the new system to a saved run

  • Check the stated game revision and whether access is gated by story, technology, region or gear.
  • Use the linked data record or tool to plan costs and inspect each effect separately.
  • Keep 1.0 release features separate from later hotfixes; current official news includes 1.0.5 while the player dataset is v1.0.3.

Evidence boundary

The factual tables preserve the stated source snapshot. Source-specific recommendations and mechanics have not been independently reproduced in the current game. Exact gameplay rule gaps remain in the coverage notes rather than being filled with invented quantities.

Build a production campus around one completed loop

  • Choose the final recipe and expand its direct and intermediate materials in the resource planner.
  • Place the required facility and confirm that at least one assigned Pal meets its actual work requirement. Read the building-menu suitability warning.
  • Keep output storage and a transport route accessible. Transport suitability now affects the nearby same-type pickups collected together.
  • Supply food, beds, SAN recovery and the relevant Clinic/Monitoring Stand before adding more high-level workers. Test completed output and interruptions, then expand.

Raids are now wave-based

Official 1.0 changes ordinary base raids to successive waves, with rewards after all waves are defeated. Choose an approach lane for defense, leave room for workers and defenders to move, and prepare to finish the entire event rather than assuming that surviving one group finishes it.

Raider types vary with the environment: the official examples name Free Pal Alliance at Crescent Moon Shore and Eternal Pyre Faction at Mount Obsidian. Defense structures no longer consume ammunition. The release also added countermeasures for enemies stuck on terrain; that is not a promise that every layout is immune to pathing failures.

Production level is also raid level

The official release ties enemy raid level to the Work Pals assigned to the base. Raising the staff level therefore calls for another defense check. It does not provide a maximum, average or other exact scaling formula, so this guide does not calculate a numeric raid level from your roster.

A Gold Coin Assembly Line triggers a dedicated raid event. If you add it to an otherwise quiet production base, plan the additional event deliberately. This ordinary base-raid system is separate from a summoned raid-boss arena and its counter-party requirements.

The Negotiator gives a paid alternative

The Negotiator visits a base and can cancel an upcoming raid in exchange for Gold Coin. Inspect the actual visitor dialogue and fee before paying. This is useful while construction or recovery leaves the base unready; defending remains the route to the wave-clear rewards.

No fixed price, visit schedule or guaranteed repeat availability is supplied by the release note. Do not budget a permanent automatic raid exemption from this description.

New ways to build

Aquatic Construction Kit enables shoreline and sea construction. The release also adds ancient-civilization building pieces, faux greenery, furniture and inverted slanted corner roofs across the existing wood, stone, metal, glass, Japanese-style and clean materials. Use structural access and work paths as the first layout constraint, then add decoration.

The playable boundary changed with aquatic construction. For older saves that place the character outside the revised area, the official release directs players to Emergency Escape in Options. Construction permissions and mission-area restrictions still apply; the kit does not establish unlimited building access.

Smarter work Pals still need a clear assignment

Transport workers collect nearby dropped items of the same type over an area influenced by their Transport suitability. Handiwork workers repair structures without Repair Kits or repair-item consumption. Hot-spring users stay until SAN recovers fully; fixed assignments can be set from a Monitoring Stand even when the worker is asleep.

Party Pals with suitable work skills assist when you damage trees, rocks and other resources. At the base, partially completed tasks receive improved priority. These changes reduce interruptions but do not mean one multi-role Pal performs every listed suitability simultaneously.

New facilities: inspect support roles and exact bills

Clinic and Ancient Clinic reduce SAN depletion and suppress illness according to assigned Medicine Production suitability. The two higher Monitoring Stands add SAN support to normal monitoring functions. The Ancient Material Synthesizer produces materials such as ore; the high-pressure oil machine allows a field-free production location.

The bills below are exact-ID v1.0.3 construction records, not measured effects per minute. A building unlock level belongs to that recipe snapshot; the separate technology directory has an unknown exact revision. Use the linked requirement planner to inspect the actual facility and worker roles.

Base quality-of-life: verify the 1.0.4 repairs

These are dated 1.0.4 release changes and repairs. The current official update1.0.5 is separate from the fixed v1.0.3 recipe tables, and this article does not certify that every base or server reproduces the expected behavior.

Chests, merchants and travel close the loop

  • Name and color storage by production line. Auto-deposit matching items and quick-storage exclusions reduce sorting, while visible filters help diagnose items that fail to enter a chest.
  • Shopping within a base can count Gold Coin in base chests. The official release names 18 specialized visitor types, dependent on base level; this does not establish a guaranteed visitor schedule for a given base.
  • Within base range, open the map to fast travel to another base or Great Eagle Statue without first using the Palbox. Confirm the actual destination and travel restrictions.

Build a better base: a short acceptance run

  • Craft one real output from stored inputs with the intended workers and chest permissions.
  • Cancel a small queue and inspect the returned ingredients; resume it after a save/load if testing the Synthesizer fix.
  • Follow one transport trip and one food/rest trip to find blocked access.
  • Inspect defense access and assigned worker levels before accepting a raid. Check the Negotiator dialogue only if the visitor is present.
  • Complete the planned loop before buying the next facility. Record server settings and game build when comparing results.

Linked Pal roles

Use the workforce planner for the exact facilities, work requirements and your current roster. The changes above involve Medicine Production, Handiwork, Transport and power support; a generic species table cannot establish a universal best base or a numeric raid level.
